Description
A large, powerful surgeonfish recognized by the prominent horn (“unicorn”) projecting from its forehead. The body is typically grey to bluish with subtle markings, and adults develop a more pronounced horn and thicker profile. This species is an open-water swimmer, built for cruising long distances, and becomes very impressive in size.
