There are no returns on any of the products. However there may be a possibility of receiving store credit in exchange for unwanted products.

Livestock is not eligible for return for store credit or exchange. 

To complete your return in exchange for store credit, we require a receipt or proof of purchase. Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer.

There are certain situations where Reeflections can only guarantee the condition of livestock for up to a week such as: 

  • Fish
  • Corals
  • Invertebrates
  • other livestock

Refunds (if applicable)
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your store credit.

If you are approved, then your store credit will be processed, and this store credit can be used within 60 days from the date of confirming the credit.

Sale items (if applicable)
Only regular priced items may be exchanged for store credit, discounted items cannot be exchanged for store credit.

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable.

Manufacturer Defects & Warranties

If your product arrives non-functional due to manufacturer defects, it may be exchanged for the same product within 30 days at no cost to you!
