Cheilinus lunulatus, known as the Broomtail Wrasse, is an iconic and powerful reef predator, instantly recognizable by its thick body, fan-shaped caudal fin, and bold facial markings. Mature super males from the Red Sea are exceptionally striking, displaying intense emerald, indigo, and crimson tones with intricate facial labyrinth patterns that rival any marine showpiece.
