ORA Short-Tailed Nurse Shark – Pseudoginglymostoma brevicaudatum
Pseudoginglymostoma brevicaudatum, commonly known as the Short-Tailed Nurse Shark, is a small and robust benthic shark species characterized by its broad head, short tail, and gentle nature. Native to shallow coral and rocky reefs of the Western Indian Ocean, it is a slow-moving nocturnal predator that spends much of the day resting in caves or under ledges. Its manageable size and calm disposition make it a unique addition to large public or private aquaria.
