Description

The Maculosus Angelfish is a striking large marine angelfish known for its deep blue body and distinctive bright yellow patch on its midsection. As it matures, it develops elegant flowing fins and subtle patterning, making it a true showpiece fish. Active and bold, it adds strong visual impact to large marine aquariums.

Red Sea and Western Indian Ocean.

Lighting:

Moderate to high marine lighting.

Placement:

Mid to upper tank swimmer. Requires large amounts of swimming space along with live rock for grazing and shelter. Minimum tank size: 180 gallons (680+ liters).

Diet:
