Description

The Gold & Blue Maxima Giant Clam is a striking Tridacna maxima displaying a golden-brown to bronze mantle covered with dense electric-blue and turquoise spots. Under blue reef lighting, the blue fluorescence becomes especially prominent, creating a beautiful contrast against the warm metallic base coloration. The clam is attached to the rockwork and extends its mantle beyond the shell to maximize light exposure.
