The REEFER S-1000 G3 is designed for large-scale reef systems, offering increased depth and volume for more advanced aquascaping and livestock. Built to Red Sea’s Reef-Spec standards, it combines structural strength, clean design, and practical functionality for serious reef setups.
The REEFER S-1000 G3 Aquarium
The S-Series expands on the standard REEFER platform with larger dimensions and reinforced construction. The aquarium features ultra-clear glass panels and full eurobracing for added strength and long-term stability.
A low-profile overflow box with dual side-facing return outlets allows flexible configuration for single or dual return pumps.

Aluminum Marine-Spec Cabinet
The system is built on a reinforced aluminum frame, providing structural integrity for large-volume aquariums. The marine-spec cabinetry attaches directly to the frame, offering durability, moisture resistance, and a clean finish. Adjustable leveling feet ensure stability on uneven surfaces. Available in black or white.
Reef-Ready Sump System
The main sump is refugium-ready and includes an adjustable skimmer chamber with a water level range of 20–28 cm.
An additional extension sump is included and can be used as:
- A frag tank
- A larger refugium
- Additional filtration space
- Or a separate ATO reservoir
The sump is compatible with a wide range of equipment, including:
- ReefMat 1200 Fleece Roller Filter
- REEFER DC 900 Protein Skimmer

Ready-to-Use Plumbing
All plumbing is pre-assembled for quick installation with no gluing required. The updated design improves flow efficiency, while the ReefGate valve allows precise and quiet adjustment.
This model includes upgraded 32 mm return piping for improved performance.
ReefATO+ Auto Top Off System
The included ReefATO+ combines multiple monitoring and safety features:
- Automatic Top Off: Dual-sensor system with built-in backup protection
- Temperature Monitoring: Pre-calibrated sensor with ±0.1°C accuracy
- Leak Detection: Titanium probes detect both saltwater and RO/DI leaks
All functions are managed through the ReefBeat app for real-time monitoring and alerts.
Slide-Out Control Panel
The integrated slide-out control panel provides a clean and organized space for mounting equipment. Constructed from marine-spec materials, it keeps electronics accessible while protecting them from moisture exposure.
