Description

Sailfin Tang – Zebrasoma veliferum

Zebrasoma veliferum, commonly known as the Sailfin Tang, is a majestic and graceful surgeonfish distinguished by its oversized dorsal and anal fins that expand like sails when fully extended. Its body displays alternating vertical bands of yellow, brown, and white with striking highlights that intensify under strong lighting. Active, intelligent, and visually commanding, the Sailfin Tang is a showpiece species that brings both movement and personality to large marine aquariums.
