The SKY is a 200W LED aquarium light featuring patented diffuser technology that blends 104 LEDs into a smooth, uniform field of coral-optimized light. Inspired by natural sunlight, the diffuser mimics the filtering effect of the atmosphere, eliminating hotspots and “disco-ball” effects common in many LED systems.
The large diffused surface area creates even, horizon-like light distribution, reducing shadowing and allowing wider coverage with fewer fixtures. This makes the SKY ideal for maintaining coral health, growth, and coloration—even in demanding reef systems.
Whether you prefer a natural daylight spectrum or a more blue-violet aesthetic to enhance coral fluorescence, the SKY provides flexible programming options without compromising light quality.

No Apex? No Problem
The SKY can be controlled wirelessly via Bluetooth using a mobile device. For Apex users, the light connects directly via AquaBus, allowing seamless integration with your control system. Multiple SKY units can be linked together using the included Y-cable while using a single AquaBus port.
Advanced Thermal Management
The SKY utilizes a dual-fan cooling system combined with intelligent temperature and power monitoring. Running at lower RPM, the fans maintain optimal cooling while minimizing noise. At full power, the SKY operates at approximately 33 dB, making it one of the quietest actively cooled lights in its class.
If one fan fails, the system compensates automatically. In extreme conditions, the light will reduce output to maintain safe operating temperatures, protecting the LEDs and extending lifespan.
Multiple Mounting Options
The SKY supports a range of mounting solutions, including hanging kits and tank-mounted systems. It is compatible with various mounting configurations to suit different aquarium layouts, including eurobraced tanks and systems with center braces or overflow boxes.

Adjustable Shimmer
The SKY features a hybrid diffuser design that balances smooth light output with natural shimmer. Optional Shimz allow users to further customize shimmer intensity, from subtle diffusion to more pronounced shimmer effects.
