Description
The Twospot Hogfish, also known as the Yellow Hogfish, is a colorful reef-associated wrasse distinguished by its bright yellow body, reddish-orange markings, and characteristic dark spots. The Maldives population is especially attractive, with strong yellow and orange coloration that stands out under reef lighting. It is an active, inquisitive fish that spends much of its time exploring live rock and searching for small invertebrate prey.
